treasures at auctions, often at very good prices. Some
of the large miniature shows have auctions, and a number of
famous auction houses
also auction dollhouse and miniature collections.
Just recently, a miniature copy of the Lord's Prayer, believed to be the smallest book in the world, was recently auctioned through Christie's in London. The books was originally made for Queen Mary’s doll’s house. Printed in Munich in 1952, it contains the Lord's Prayer in six languages - English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Swedish. The book measured 5mm x 5mm, barely a quarter of the size of a postage stamp.
